Tim Borek
Self Advocate Coordinator
With a background in computer book publishing and video production, Tim brings technical skills and creativity to the role of Self Advocate Coordinator. He established DSI’s social media presence in 2010 by creating Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter accounts and often spearheads video marketing initiatives such as Midwest Fashion Week. Tim enjoys the social aspects of working with self advocates and their families. Outside of DSI, he also works as a freelance videographer and video editor.

Firany Briceno
Outreach Coordinator
Firany Briceno joined Down Syndrome Indiana in May 2011. Prior to DSI, she worked as an Architect and served as a volunteer for several organizations. Firany has been been actively involved in various youth activities throughout her life. Mrs. Briceno holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from University of ULA in Merida, Venezuela. Currently she serves as the Outreach Coordinator for DSI. She feels honored to be part of a team that works hard to serve the needs of individuals with Down syndrome and their families.

Stephanie Glowner
Member Services Coordinator
Stephanie attended Purdue University at Indianapolis earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and worked in the Quality Assurance field before early "retirement" to raise her three children while also providing childcare for several friends and family members. After becoming involved with Down Syndrome Indiana after the birth of her daughter Katie 13 years ago, Stephanie states, “I continue to be truly grateful for the opportunity to officially work for our Down Syndrome Indiana families and treasure all the new experiences that have come along.”
Stephanie resides in Beech Grove with husband Ray and three children.

Lisa Wells
Executive Director
Lisa has a background in Civic Leadership, has worked with Indiana nonprofits for over 12 years and is a registered Family Mediator. When asked why she works for DSI without having a child with Ds, her response is simply, “Why wouldn't I?! This is what I am meant to be doing! This is truly a wonderful organization and I am honored to be a part of it." Lisa resides in Fishers with her husband and three children.

Mike Wolinsky
Director of Resource Development
A native of West Lafayette, Wolinsky earned his undergraduate degree at Indiana University and Master's at Sports Administration and Facility Management at Ohio University. Since 1984, he has volunteered countless hours as a basketball coach for Special Olympics. In addition, he has been a long-time freelance sports broadcaster and has served as a radio color analyst for Cathedral High School football, where he and his colleagues earned two Indiana Broadcaster Association awards for excellence in play-by-play. At DSI, he is responsible for seeking corporate sponsors, private gifts and managing major events. A parent of two college age adults, Mike enjoys building relationships with people and enjoys enhancing the lives of individuals with Down syndrome.
